About the Roles: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager, based in Victoria to join our team with a focus in Community 80% and Hospital 20%Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will call on key target customers across Community Pharmacy and GP Shared Care Practices, Child Health Centres, hospital neonatal, maternity, and paediatric wards and present to groups including dietitians, procurement teams and health care professionals within hospitals prescribing ONS. You will use your excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with key opinion leaders for clinical presentations and in-services and educational meetings. As part of this role, there may be regional travel required as needed. As part of this small team you will contribute to the changes we are bringing to the company.  You will have direct access to key stakeholders in the business and your contributions will be highly visible, which will enhance your brand internally for future development in role.You will be responsible for:Promote and Educate: Introduce and explain infant formula products to HCPs (like nurses, doctors, and pharmacists) and parents through presentations, educational materials, and one-on-one interactions. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and other stakeholders in the community. Sales & Territory Management: Manage assigned territories, track sales performance, and ensure adequate product availability. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the needs and concerns of parents and HCPs related to infant nutrition. Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. Ethical Practices: Adhere to strict guidelines regarding the promotion and marketing of infant formula, focusing on ensuring safe and adequate nutrition for babies. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the reputation of the company and its products. Additional Responsibilities:Attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.Provide market research and insights to the company.Report on sales activities and performance to management.   About you: Hold a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Dietetics, Health Sciences or related degrees.Proven experience gained in paediatric or neonatal field and/or pharmaceuticals sales with a record of achievement and team collaboration.The ability to organise and run virtual and face to face meeting platforms with exemplary execution and follow up.A drive for results with a passion for sales Customer focus with the desire to understand and anticipate customer needs to deliver exceptional service.Proven ability to negotiate and build long term relationships with internal and external customers.Well-developed time management skills with the ability to be flexible and meeting conflicting deadlines.High level of motivation to work autonomously and also be a team player to deliver exceptional results.Proficiency in Microsoft platforms such as outlook, power point, word and excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills If the above sounds like you and you want to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment where you will be supported to develop your career, then apply now.
